Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Using ScheduleSite

ScheduleSite is operated by Interactive Dynamics INC. These Terms apply to our website, iOS and Android apps, and related services. ScheduleSite helps you discover events, create and share plans, and keep your scheduled events together.

By using ScheduleSite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, including optional Google connections.

Accounts and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and legally able to agree to these Terms. Give us accurate account information and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate someone else or use a name you have no right to use.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Google or Apple sign-in is optional and is also subject to that provider's terms.

Business Profiles

You must be authorised to represent any business for which you create or manage a profile. Keep its contact details, event listings, descriptions, and other information accurate, and have permission to use its name, logo, and uploaded materials.

You are responsible for the business services, offers, events, or promotions you publish and for complying with applicable laws. A business profile or event listing does not mean ScheduleSite endorses the business or guarantees its offerings.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as event details, photos, posts, comments, and messages. Only upload or share content you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property.

You give Interactive Dynamics INC non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, format, and display your content as needed to operate ScheduleSite and provide the features you choose. This includes sharing content with the audience you select through available visibility and sharing controls. Our handling of personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and any information about other people that you share. We may review or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We do not promise to review every submission.

Acceptable Conduct

Do not use ScheduleSite for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, hateful or exploitative content, spam, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not share private information without permission.

Do not try to access another person's account, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the service. Use the available reporting and blocking tools, or contact us, if you encounter abuse.

Event Information and Third-Party Sources

Event information can come from users, businesses, organisers, and third-party providers such as Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. Dates, times, venues, availability, prices, and other details may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change without notice.

Check important details with the organiser or ticket provider before travelling, making plans, or purchasing tickets. We do not organise or control third-party events or guarantee that an event will take place. Saving or scheduling an event does not reserve a place or buy a ticket.

Tickets, Purchases, and Affiliate Links

Ticket purchases through links on ScheduleSite take place on third-party sites, such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, or StubHub. ScheduleSite is not the seller of those tickets and does not take your ticket payment. The seller's terms apply to the purchase, including prices, fees, delivery, cancellations, and refunds. Contact the seller about an order or refund.

Some purchase links may include affiliate or tracking parameters. If an affiliate arrangement applies, we may earn a commission when you follow a link or make a purchase. This does not make us the seller or guarantee the price, availability, or quality of the tickets.

Other external links may take you to shops or services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those sites. Review them before buying or sharing information.

Optional Calendar Connections

Google Calendar and device-calendar access are optional. When you connect Google Calendar and enable sync, ScheduleSite can add your scheduled events to your primary Google calendar. Device-calendar permission lets the mobile app add, update, or remove the ScheduleSite entries you request. The Privacy Policy explains the data and permissions involved.

Check calendar dates, times, time zones, and reminders for yourself. Sync can be delayed or unavailable because of permissions, network conditions, or the calendar provider. Scheduling an event in ScheduleSite does not guarantee successful calendar export.

You can turn sync off in ScheduleSite and manage device-calendar permissions in your device settings. To revoke Google access, use your Google Account permissions. Events already exported to your own calendar remain there until you remove them; you control that calendar.

Notifications and Communications

We may send account, security, and service messages needed to operate your account. Optional event alerts, reminders, and push notifications depend on your settings and device permissions. Delivery is not guaranteed; check your plans even if a reminder does not arrive.

You can manage notification preferences in ScheduleSite and your device settings. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account or service messages.

Promotions

If a business or organiser offers a contest, giveaway, or other promotion through ScheduleSite, separate rules may apply. Read those rules before taking part. The organiser is responsible for its promotion and any prizes unless we expressly say otherwise.

ScheduleSite Intellectual Property

Except for user content and materials owned by third parties, ScheduleSite's software, design, branding, and other service materials belong to Interactive Dynamics INC or its licensors. You may use them as part of normal use of the service, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or if the law requires us to do so. We may also change or discontinue features. We will give notice where reasonably practicable, but urgent legal or security action may require immediate action.

You can stop using ScheduleSite at any time. To delete your account, use Delete account in the mobile app's Account & Security settings or contact us. Deactivation keeps your account and data; it is not permanent deletion. Data deletion and legally required retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Ending an account does not undo completed third-party ticket purchases or remove events already exported to a calendar you control. Terms about intellectual property, responsibility for prior conduct, liability, and governing law continue where they need to apply after access ends.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, ScheduleSite is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, complete event information, successful calendar sync, or delivery of every notification.

We do not control third-party events, sellers, calendar providers, or websites, and do not guarantee their services. Nothing in these Terms takes away any warranty or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Interactive Dynamics INC and its directors, employees, partners, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of ScheduleSite. These include lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities caused by interrupted service, inaccurate information, third-party conduct, or unauthorised access.

These limits apply only where the law permits them. They do not exclude or limit liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsibility for Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content or misuse of ScheduleSite, including violations of other people's rights. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the law remain in place.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining Terms still apply. Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These Terms replace earlier terms for use of ScheduleSite.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated Terms and effective date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.

Continuing to use ScheduleSite after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account if you wish.
