Description

Mariachi women performers from Japan, Mexico, Los Angeles and Dallas will grace the stage for the 10th International Mariachi Women's Festival on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse. They will perform mariachi "Canciones del Corazón" or songs of the heart. Performers will include Natsumi Imamura from Tokyo, Japan accompanied by L.A. 's Grupo Bella, Mariachi Innovación Mexicana from Guadalajara, Mexico, Mariachi Rosas Divinas from Dallas, Texas and headliners Mariachi Divas. The festival will begin with an outdoor Mariachi Youth Showcase featuring student mariachi groups from the Los Angeles Unified School District. The Mariachi Youth Showcase begins at 5:30pm and is free. It will precede the indoor ticketed gala concert that beings at 7:30pm.
