This \, "rdquo" -> reimagined" folk string quartet features traditional music from all over the world. Bluegrass\, Celtic\, Turkish\, Middle Eastern\, French\, and more\, blended seamlessly with original tunes. All stringed instruments but some you may never have heard before: the Plock fiddle\, suka\, lyra\, and nyckelharpa\, giving the band a unique sound among folk artists! Medusa Quartet is: Marta Solek (suka\, Plock fiddle\, Lyra\, cello)\, Lea Kirstein (cello\, viola)\, Geo Hathaway (fiddle\, viola\, nyckelharpa)\, and for their American tours\, Rochester's own Fiddle Witch\, Alyssa Rodriguez (nyckelharpa\, fiddle).
